This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Surya Djalil, vizualne komunikacije s. p., owned by Surya Djalil (“Surya Djalil s. p.”, “Landescape”, “we”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users of the or website (the “Site”, “Website”, “Service”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Landescape.


Landescape may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

Payment Options

We ship worldwide and accept payments from customers all over the world.
Possible methods of payment are:

All orders will be processed in the official currency of the European Union – the Euro (EUR, €), VAT exempt, and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the ordered products plus delivery.


Pricing and Payment

The price of the product (VAT exempt) will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of product advised to you is correct.

It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the product’s correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the product’s correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order.


Customs Duty

If you order from a country, which is a member of the EU you pay no customs duty in accordance with the rules of free movement of goods. However, if you order from a country outside the EU local taxes and duties may be added, for which we cannot be held responsible. If this is the case the carrier will contact you. Please note that this could involve some delay of the consignment, as the goods are retained by the customs. From this point, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay for the added additional costs. These additional costs are solely your responsibility and cannot be used as cause of return.



When purchasing on our Site, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 256-bit SSL encryption technology which is the current industry standard. Landescape will never capture or store your payment information.

Shipment policy

Order Turnaround

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days. All items are MADE TO ORDER and will take a minimum of two weeks to ship. If you need an item by a specific date, please take into account the dispatch and shipping time before placing your order.

Orders going to Slovenian addresses are usually delivered within 1–3 days, but international orders can take up to several weeks to be delivered.

Delivery time for the European Union is within 3–10 working days and within 5–35 working days for the rest of the world after sending (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded).



Shipping is charged at cost, as it appears on your order.

We ship domestic orders using Post of Slovenia (Pošta Slovenije) and DHL for international orders.

You will be required to sign for your package, so please make sure someone will be in to receive it.

We will happily ship to your home address, but for the fastest delivery, we suggest that you use your business address as there is always someone present to receive your package.

Please take care to enter your delivery address and telephone number correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us. We CANNOT control any delays caused by customs.


Shipping to Remote Areas

A Remote Area surcharge will be charged for international and domestic shipments to remote areas. DHL Express has defined global remote areas here. In case your delivery address falls under a Remote Area, we recommend you use your business address.


Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders above 150 EUR.


Correct Delivery Information

Please ensure that you supply your full name, correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination) and telephone number. Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.


Tracking Number

We provide a tracking number for all international shipments. There is a possibility of short delays, but it does not depend on us. Resending of the same shipments is additionally charged.


Duties & Taxes

Please note that if your order is being shipped outside of Slovenia or the EU, you are subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country or the delivery service.

We do hope that you’re happy with what you received, but if for some reason you are not, please do get in touch with us immediately. Please contact us by email at before returning any goods, and quote your full name, delivery address, order number and a photo of the item. Upon receipt, we will contact you to arrange a refund and to organize the return.

Original and return postage is non-refundable. We can only accept returns for up to 14 days of receiving, providing the item is in its original condition. Items can only be returned if they were purchased from our website.

Once received by us, providing they are in saleable condition, you will be refunded for the full cost of the product(s) as soon as possible to the same account you used to pay for your order. Please note that the refund may take a few days to reach your account (this will depend on individual banking times).


Shipping Charges

We do not refund original shipping costs and you will have to cover the cost of return shipping.

We are unable to offer a full refund or exchange for items that are not received back in perfect, saleable condition, so please ensure that they are well packaged and protected before sending. We reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the returned goods. Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for any damage that may occur in transit, so it is advisable to ensure that any returned items are well packaged and protected before sending.

When sending an item back to us, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can track the status of your return shipment and be absolutely sure the items get returned to us. Send the product to SURYA DJALIL, Ob dolenjski železnici 102, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.


Damaged Products

We will do our utmost to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However occasionally damages do occur during transit, so in this case please contact us by email at within 3 days of receipt to arrange a return. At this point, we will offer you a refund and agree on a cost of return postage.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any postage costs that have not been agreed with us in writing prior to sending.


Canceling Your Order

If you haven’t completed your order yet, there’s nothing to worry about. You can cancel at anytime by removing the selected item from your cart. If you have already completed your order and want to cancel it, please send us an email to immediately! We will cancel your order and refund your money if your order hasn’t been shipped already. If your order has already been shipped and is on its way, you will have to wait for your order to arrive and then send it back to us at your cost. Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

It is advisable to obtain proof of postage, as unfortunately we can not be held responsible for any lost packages. In the unfortunate event that the parcel is lost and we do not receive the returned item, we will be unable to offer any refund or exchange.
