When will my order be shipped?
Your print will be packed and sent within 3–5 business days after you complete your order, unless notified otherwise by firstname.lastname@example.org
When will my order arrive?
The arrival of your order depends on your chosen delivery address. If you’re ordering from Slovenia, it usually takes 2 working days after the package is sent to arrive at your chosen address. For orders within the European Union, it takes about 1 to 2 weeks for your order to arrive, for the rest of the world even up to 4 weeks. Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us. We CANNOT control any delays caused by customs.
How much does the delivery cost?
We offer free shipping on orders above 150 EUR.
The delivery cost of orders under 150 EUR depends on your location and are calculated at checkout. If your order is being shipped outside of Slovenia or the EU, you are subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay.
A Remote Area surcharge will be charged for international and domestic shipments to remote areas.

How can I track my delivery?
When your package is shipped, you will be given a tracking number so you can easily track your parcel.
Do you offer free deliveries?
We offer free shipping on orders above 150 EUR.
What if I’m not home for delivery?
You will be required to sign for your package, so please make sure someone will be in to receive it.
We will happily ship to your home address, but for the fastest delivery, we suggest that you use your business address as there is always someone present to receive your package.
Can I pick up the items myself?
Yes! If you happen to be in Ljubljana, you can place your order online and pick it up yourself at Tržaška cesta 2, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia or at Studio Cerne.
Can I cancel my order?
If you haven’t completed your order yet, there’s nothing to worry about. You can cancel it at any time by removing the selected item from your cart. If you have already completed your order and want to cancel it, please send us an email immediately to email@example.com! We will cancel your order and refund your money if your order hasn’t been shipped already. If your order has already been shipped and is on its way, you will have to wait for your order to arrive and then send it back to us at your cost. The return address is SURYA DJALIL, Landescape, Tržaška cesta 2, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. We will refund you for your purchase (without shipping costs) within 2 weeks to your account after the items return.
I received a damaged item. What do I do?
We’re very sorry to hear that! If damages occur, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt to arrange a return. Please include your full name, delivery address, order number and a photo of the received item. The more details about the damage you provide to us, the better. At this point, we will offer you a refund or exchange and agree upon a return postage cost. Unfortunately, we are unable to return any postage costs that haven’t been agreed with us in writing prior to sending.
PLEASE NOTE: Landescape prints have traces of soil, pollen and scanner lines. That’s not a damaged item, it’s there on purpose. We at Landescape embrace all the slight imperfections that may occur during the process as it shows the full scope of plant life. And that’s one of the strongest statements of our artwork philosophy.
My order has arrived and it’s not what I expected. Can I return it?
You can return your order within 14 days from receiving it. Please, contact us first at email@example.com and notify us about it. Include your full name, delivery address, order number and a photo of the received item. You will have to arrange the shipping and also cover the cost yourself. The return shipping address is SURYA DJALIL, Landescape, Tržaška cesta 2, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. We will refund your money (without the shipping costs) within 2 weeks to your account when the items return back to our address undamaged. If the items arrive damaged, you aren’t eligible for a refund.
I received my order but the items are not the same as the one I ordered. What to do?
It might’ve happened that we shipped the wrong item, and we’re very sorry about that! Please, double check if the image of your order doesn’t match the one you received. If you’re sure that we’ve made a mistake, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your full name, delivery address, order number and a photo of the received item. You will have to return your item back to us and place a new order. The return shipping address is SURYA DJALIL, Landescape, Tržaška cesta 2, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. If the mistake is on us, we’ll also reimburse you for the shipping cost. We’ll return your money as soon as we receive the product back, but only in case, the product isn’t damaged.
