Do you sell your artworks with frames?

The artworks are sold with no frame included. The purchase is for print only. We carefully wrap it in protective paper and ship it in a cardboard folder (smaller prints) or tube to ensure that products will arrive in perfect condition.

 

Do you offer your artworks in custom sizes?

All of our artworks are available in three sizes 21 × 30, 30 × 40 and 50 × 70 cm. Custom sizes are available in sizes bigger than 50 × 70 cm. If you wish to have a bigger print, please contact us at info@land-esc.com

 

Are the colors of the print shown on the website equal to the actual print?

Due to the calibration differences between computer screens, tablets and smartphones, the color on the print shown on our website may slightly vary from the actual print.

 

There are traces of pollen, soil and scanner lines on prints. Is that supposed to be there?

Yes! That’s there on purpose. We at Landescape embrace all the slight imperfections that may occur during the process as it shows the full scope of plant life. And that’s one of the strongest statements of our artwork philosophy.

 

What is a limited edition giclée art print?

Landescape’s giclée art prints are numbered up to 50 per artwork, signed and numbered by artist Dajana Jurman-Osip. They’re printed to the highest standard on 315 gsm 100% cotton fourdrinier, acid-free, museum quality paper with a high white finish and silky smooth surface.

 

Will sold-out works return in new editions?

Once Landescape’s limited edition works are sold out, they’ll not return. Don’t let that bring you down, we constantly work on new editions.

When will my order be shipped?

Your print will be packed and sent within 3–5 business days after you complete your order, unless notified otherwise by info@land-esc.com

 

When will my order arrive?

The arrival of your order depends on your chosen delivery address. If you’re ordering from Slovenia, it usually takes 2 working days after the package is sent to arrive at your chosen address. For orders within the European Union, it takes about 1 to 2 weeks for your order to arrive, for the rest of the world even up to 4 weeks. Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us. We CANNOT control any delays caused by customs.

 

How much does the delivery cost?

We offer free shipping on orders above 150 EUR.

The delivery cost of orders under 150 EUR depends on your location and are calculated at checkout. If your order is being shipped outside of Slovenia or the EU, you are subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

A Remote Area surcharge will be charged for international and domestic shipments to remote areas.

How can I track my delivery?

When your package is shipped, you will be given a tracking number so you can easily track your parcel.  

 

Do you offer free deliveries?

We offer free shipping on orders above 150 EUR.

 

What if I’m not home for delivery?

You will be required to sign for your package, so please make sure someone will be in to receive it.

We will happily ship to your home address, but for the fastest delivery, we suggest that you use your business address as there is always someone present to receive your package.

 

Can I pick up the items myself?

Yes! If you happen to be in Ljubljana, you can place your order online and pick it up yourself at Tržaška cesta 2, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia or at Studio Cerne.

 

Can I cancel my order?

If you haven’t completed your order yet, there’s nothing to worry about. You can cancel it at any time by removing the selected item from your cart. If you have already completed your order and want to cancel it, please send us an email immediately to info@land-esc.com! We will cancel your order and refund your money if your order hasn’t been shipped already. If your order has already been shipped and is on its way, you will have to wait for your order to arrive and then send it back to us at your cost. The return address is SURYA DJALIL, Landescape, Tržaška cesta 2, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. We will refund you for your purchase (without shipping costs) within 2 weeks to your account after the items return.

 

I received a damaged item. What do I do?

We’re very sorry to hear that! If damages occur, please contact us at info@land-esc.com within 3 days of receipt to arrange a return. Please include your full name, delivery address, order number and a photo of the received item. The more details about the damage you provide to us, the better. At this point, we will offer you a refund or exchange and agree upon a return postage cost. Unfortunately, we are unable to return any postage costs that haven’t been agreed with us in writing prior to sending.

My order has arrived and it’s not what I expected. Can I return it?

You can return your order within 14 days from receiving it. Please, contact us first at info@land-esc.com and notify us about it. Include your full name, delivery address, order number and a photo of the received item. You will have to arrange the shipping and also cover the cost yourself. The return shipping address is SURYA DJALIL, Landescape, Tržaška cesta 2, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. We will refund your money (without the shipping costs) within 2 weeks to your account when the items return back to our address undamaged. If the items arrive damaged, you aren’t eligible for a refund.

 

I received my order but the items are not the same as the one I ordered. What to do?

It might’ve happened that we shipped the wrong item, and we’re very sorry about that! Please, double check if the image of your order doesn’t match the one you received. If you’re sure that we’ve made a mistake, contact us at info@land-esc.com. Please include your full name, delivery address, order number and a photo of the received item. You will have to return your item back to us and place a new order. The return shipping address is SURYA DJALIL, Landescape, Tržaška cesta 2, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. If the mistake is on us, we’ll also reimburse you for the shipping cost. We’ll return your money as soon as we receive the product back, but only in case, the product isn’t damaged.

What about a photoshoot?

We’ll gladly lend you our products for photoshoots at your request. Let us know what products you wish to use and in what context. You’ll have to pay 10% of the selling price of the items and take care of the shipping delivery and return shipping costs. Please note that, if the items return damaged, you will have to pay the full price. For more information, contact us at info@land-esc.com.

Care & Framing

An artwork deserves proper care and a quality frame that will add the final touch. Because our artwork comes unframed, we pack it in a cardboard tube and wrap it in protective paper for shipping. Once the Landescape print is safely delivered to your predefined destination, we recommend you to take few steps to round up the whole story.

First of all, don’t let your print be rolled up for more than one month. Handle the print only by the edges, because the oil from your hands may affect the pH of the paper. If possible, allow your print to “breathe” for few days before framing, so the inks can completely set.

Framing is an art form in itself. A good frame can make or break an image. When framing, use only acid-free supplies. Any frame treated with chemicals or paint can harm the ink and paper. We kindly suggest that you ask your framer for advice. We’re sure they’d be happy to help.
